Thank you for your support and the support towards independent artists. Please keep in mind, I am one person creating and shipping all of the products. Here is a list of the shop policies:
Shipping: All products and items ship from Las Vegas, Nevada. Items ship within 7-10 business days and are sent via USPS. When your package has been shipped, you will receive an email confimation and tracking number. Purchases within the US over $50 are insured.
After your purchase, I recommend double checking your shipping address at checkout. I do my best to keep track of your packages and hope that they get to your home safely. I am not responsible for orders lost by the mail carrier, for orders lost due to customers entering incorrect information, or for damaged, stolen, returned, or unclaimed packages.
Please get in touch PRIOR to placing an order if you need an order by a specific date, to cover an pay for expedited shipping. I am not able to provide a guaranteed delivery date for any orders.
All sales are final, I am unable to offer refunds for any reason.
Packaging: All current items are shipped in padded envelopes or boxes. They are labeled with DO NOT BEND for precaution during shipping. Please try to recycle and reuses any shipping material if possible.
